António João Labisa da Silva Palmeira. Concluiu Doutorado em Saúde e Condição Física pela Universidade Técnica de Lisboa em 2009. É Diretor Executivo da International Society of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity (ISBNPA), Investigador Associado da Un Lisboa e Professor Associado na Universidade Lusófona.
Atua na área da modificação comportamental, especialmente nos comportamentos de atividade física.
Publicou 68 artigos em revistas especializadas e mais de duas centenas de trabalhos em atas de eventos, possui 4 livros publicados. Orientou 37 mestrados, 2 doutorados, e é coordenador do Mestrado em Exercício e Bem-Estar e Doutorado em Educação Física e Desporto (área de Atividade Física e Saúde) da Un Lusófona. Recebeu 5 prémios e/ou homenagens. Participou em 3 projetos de investigação financiados pela FCT. Atualmente participa em 1 projeto de investigação financiado pela Comissão Europeia (H2020). Nas suas atividades profissionais interagiu com 146 colaboradores em co-autorias de trabalhos científicos.

Professor Graham Burdge is Professor of Nutritional Biochemistry within Medicine at the University of Southampton.
Professor Burdge graduated in Cell and Immunobiology from the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth in 1985 and was awarded a PhD from the Department of Medical Oncology, University of Southampton in 1990. He joined the Department of Child Health, University of Southampton, in 1987 to study pulmonary surfactant biosynthesis. During this period he developed an interest in polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolism in pregnancy and fetal development. This included projects on the effect of ethanol exposure on the developing brain and the effect of fatty acids on neuroblastoma differentiation. He subsequently moved to the Institute of Human Nutrition, University of Southampton, where he carried out research on human polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolism. He was awarded a British Heart Foundation Intermediate Fellowship in 2006, and was appointed Lecturer in Human Nutrition (2007) and subsequently Reader/Associate Professor in Human Nutrition (2009). He was awarded a personal chair in nutritional biochemistry in 2015.
Professor Burdge is Editor-in-Chief of the British Journal of Nutrition and of the Journal of Nutritional Science. He is currently a member of the World Cancer Research Fund grants panel and has served as a member of BBSRC research panel A. His is a scientific advisor to the Institute of Food, Brain and Behaviour.
STUART M. PHILLIPS

Dr. Phillips is a Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and is an Associate Faculty in the School of Medicine at McMaster University. His research interests focus on the interaction between protein and exercise in modifying muscle protein turnover and body composition. He has applied this interest in athletes, older persons, during weight loss, and in inactivity. In 2016 Dr. Phillips was awarded a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair. He is Director of the Physical Activity Center of Excellence (PACE) at McMaster and the McMaster Center for Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Research (McNEHR). He is a fellow of both the American College of Nutrition and the American College of Sports Medicine. He has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications. His work is sponsored by the Canadian Institutes for Health Research (CIHR), the National Science and Engineering Research Council (NSERC), the USDA, and various industry partners.
